Decorate your Christmas Tree with a festive, unique and handmade copper oak leaf ornament. Made of copper that has been impressed with an actual oak leaf from my yard. Sale is for one ornament, there are four available. Each will be similar, but just as variable as real oak leaves. Free shipping only applies to one single address (in case you purchase more then one leaf).
- Size: Fairly large - 4-3/4 inches long not counting the ribbon; width 3 to 3-1/4 inches at the widest point.
- To make the leaf pattern and veins, an actual oak leaf is "sandwiched" between two pieces of copper foil and run through a rolling mill.
- Copper is flame painted with a torch, creating subtle varied leaf-like autumn hues of gold, bronze, and brown.
- Ornament is reversible - third photo shows the back side which is brighter in color.
- Ribbon hole at top is reinforced with tube rivet. Comes with a ribbon and copper wire for hanging.
- Lightweight, weighing about the same as three U.S. pennies.
- The ornaments are somewhat fragile as they are made from copper foil. Please handle gently.
- Ornament comes in an organza bag.
