It's Tea Time! Who doesn’t love a tea party? Enjoy your tea-for-two in style. Here are a few delightful items to complete your tea table ensemble. Two petite bud vases hand fabricated from beautiful floral patterned antique silver plated knives and teaspoons. AND, a matching toothpick holder. AND, two little fluted-edge tea-bag holder trinket dishes made from an antique silver plated tray.
My entry for August 2025 Maker Challenge, Spill the Tea.
- Two bud vases and toothpick holder: Hand crafted from antique silver plated spoons and hollow-handle knives of pattern "Narcissus", patent 1935, from National Silver Co.
- Two pretty fluted edge trinket dishes fabricated from a 1950's Wm Rogers platter #871.
- Vases are 4-1/4 inches tall.
- Tea bag trinket dishes are 2-13/16 inches in diameter, appx 5/8 inch deep.
- There is a bit of silver plate loss, especially on the toothpick holder which is normal for silverware this old.
- Silver plate will tarnish. Clean with any good paste silver cleaner. I will also include a small polishing cloth.
- What's included: Two petite silver vases, two silver trinket dishes, one silver toothpick holder, and two sealed teabags. And maybe one more silver surprise….
Any additional props in photos are not included. Ready to ship.
